FAQHow do I place an order?Please refer to our ordering page. Can I make alterations to your existing designs, including colours and fonts?Anything is possible. We create your invitation and favours specifically to your requirements. Elements such as paper, colour, size and fonts can all be altered to create a design that complements your theme. As our products are handmade and printed in-house you have the flexibility to change any element. Can you create a custom invitation and favour to complement my theme?Yes. Our website and studio showcase our most popular invitations and favours. We are happy to work with you to create an invitation and favour unique to you. It is best to contact us directly to discuss your ideas. How long does it take to have stationery and favours made?As a general guide, from the time we confirm the final design, it takes anywhere between 2 days and 4 weeks to complete your invitations. Custom designed invitations and favours may take longer. As our designs are printed in house and assembled by hand this timeframe is dependant on our current workload. We may be able to produce your goods in a much shorter timeframe. As we have quotas on the amount of work we take per month, it is best to organise your stationery and accessories well ahead of your event to avoid disappointment. How long does it take for non-customised items to be dispatched?For non-customised items, your order will be dispatched within 1-5 business days. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted by one of our team immediately. How will the products be delivered?We use Australia post or courier for all deliveries to Sydney, out of town, interstate and international locations. Upon receipt of your order you will be e-mailed about delivery options and costs. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our Leichhardt or Blakehurst office. Can you help with the wording of the invitation?Yes. We will recommend wording when designing your invitations. We have a number of wording suggestions for invitations, thank you cards, gift suggestion cards & rsvp cards, which will be provided when you place your order. Is the stationery personalised with guests' names?Yes. All invitations are printed with your guest names and all envelopes are addressed with your guest names and addresses. All place cards are printed with your guest names. We will provide you with guest list templates when you place your order. Can I purchase a sample of your invitations?Yes, you can purchase a sample of our invitations. Each invitation sample costs $25 plus $10 postage and handling for samples posted within Australia. This amount (excluding postage) is refundable with any order placed over $250. The invitation sample contains generic wording. Do you have minimum orders?The minimum order for each product can be found next to the item description. We may be able to process smaller quantities, however surcharges may apply. Is there a discount for large orders?We are happy to offer discounts for large quantities. Discounts are assessed on a client by client basis. Please contact us directly for more information.
