We will contact you within 24 hours via e-mail or telephone to finalise your order and payment. Order Processing for non-customised goodsOnce we process your order, you will receive an email to confirm the availability of the products you have ordered, your delivery options and costs, and to give you an estimated processing and delivery time. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted by one of our team immediately. If items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-5 business days. If you require your goods urgently, please contact us directly. Order processing for hand made stationery and favoursOnce you place an order, Effi or Anna from the Effi Georgia team will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your order, discuss all your options and finalise payment. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is required prior to delivery or upon pick up. At this stage you will also be given an indication of how long it will take for your products to be made.
PaymentWe accept payments via
All orders must be pre-paid before dispatch. If paying by bank transfer your order will be dispatched once we have confirmed that the funds are in our account. DeliveryWe can arrange collection of your goods from our Leichhardt or Blakehurst office. Alternatively, we use Australia post or courier for all deliveries to Sydney, out of town, interstate and international locations. You will be contacted via e-mail on receipt of your order about delivery options and costs. |
